Formed in 2018, 1782 honors persecuted "witches" with their Heavy Doom sound. Their debut single "She Was A Witch" (Electric Valley Records, 2019) led to their self-titled album on Heavy Psych Sounds. After adding a bassist, they released "Doom Sessions Vol.2" with Acid Mammoth, followed by "From The Graveyard" (2021) and "Clamor Luciferi" (2023, Heavy Psych Sounds). The band has toured extensively across Europe, playing major festivals including Desertfest Belgium and London, Into The Void Fest, multiple Heavy Psych Sounds Fests, Astral Festival in Bristol, and Electric Valley Festival in Sardinia.
