🛒 Orders

How can I place an order?

You can purchase directly from our website. Choose the products you're interested in, add them to the cart, and follow the instructions to complete a secure checkout.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form or email us at info@electricvalleyrecords.com. We'll do our best to assist you.

Do you have a minimum or maximum order limit?

No, there’s no minimum or maximum. Order as much as you want, whenever you want.


📦 Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship everywhere. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the destination country. Typically:

  • Italy: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.


📦 Product Quality and Packaging

How are the vinyl records packed?

To ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition, we always ship vinyl records outside the main LP jacket to prevent any seam splits or internal damage during transit. All orders are packed with care and attention.

What happens if the vinyl arrives with small aesthetic defects or background noise?

We inspect every item carefully before shipping to make sure it is in pristine visual condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the carrier once the package has shipped. We do not offer refunds or replacements for minor aesthetic defects (such as slightly bent corners) or slight audio imperfections (such as occasional crackle or background noise), which are sometimes normal in vinyl records.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available through Shopify.

Are payments secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are protected by certified security systems.


📣 Claims

How can I file a claim regarding an item?

Send an email to info@electricvalleyrecords.com, specifying your name, order number, and the same email address you use for the store. Please provide a brief description of the issue and include a clear photo of the damage or, in the case of claims related to vinyl, a short video with audio.

If I don’t receive my package within 14 days, what should I do?

If you haven't received your package within 14 days, contact us at info@electricvalleyrecords.com.

If the delivery attempt fails and the package is held in a local facility, what happens next?

If the package is held for a certain period but not picked up and is returned to us, the return is not our responsibility. In this case, we will not issue a refund. If you wish to receive the package again, you will need to cover the shipping cost for the reshipment.

Are you an artist and want to collaborate with Electric Valley Records?

If you'd like to join our label, send us an email at info@electricvalleyrecords.com or fill out the contact form on our website.

What to include in your email:

  • Your name, country, and contact email.
  • A link to your website and social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, etc.).
  • A link to your latest unreleased recordings (private listening/streaming link, SoundCloud, etc.). Do not send download links, they will not be considered. Do not attach MP3s or other files; any email with attached music will be deleted.
  • A biography of the band, including quotes from the press or links to articles, reviews, etc.
  • Everything that’s worth knowing about your music project.
