Releasing in 2026 via Electric Valley Records, LØVEGOD is a devastating split album that unites two heavyweights of the Northern German underground: Lübeck’s LOVE•LOVE•LOVE and Kiel’s Ølgod. Born out of a long-standing friendship and a shared passion for uncompromising sonics, this release is a clash of two distinct heavy styles. Together, LØVEGOD is a dual-force assault of raw energy, shifting dynamics, and absolute volume.

“Ølgod are finally back with a new release for 2026. Together with their friends in the band Love Love Love, the split ‘Lovegod’ is being released on the Italian label Electric Valley Records. With 4 songs clocking in at just under 21 minutes, Ølgod show how they have evolved since their last release in 2022 while still staying true to their signature sound. The album is characterized by high dynamics and the deliberate use of genre contrasts. 
On the opening track ‘Leeches’, the gritty screams and the clean, melodic guest vocals by Jan Moritz Plewka complement each other perfectly, pushing each other to new heights in a constant back-and-forth. From high-tempo sludge parts and sluggish, disharmonious riffs to slow, bone-crushing doom sections, it’s all in there.”
