Collection: Desert Suns
With old-school flair and sun-drenched doom, Desert Suns fuse heavy riffs, prog touches, and desert grooves. Formed in 2013, the San Diego band quickly showcased their versatility, debuting with Burning Temples in early 2014 before releasing their self-titled album that summer. Blending haunting lyrics, addictive energy, and pulsating beats, they channel the spirit of Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Blue Cheer on tracks like Ten Feet Down and Run Through My Roots. Their rising momentum peaked when Space Pussy landed on Classic Rock Magazine’s compilation The Levee Breaks, cementing their place alongside modern stoner greats like Fu Manchu and Graveyard.
